This policy explains what personal data Stojan Stojanovski (Online Shop - Stojan Stojanovski 2S) collects, why, and what your rights are. It applies to shop.stojanstojanovski.com and orders placed there.

1. Data we collect
We collect data you give us and data created when you use the site:
- name, email, phone, and delivery or pickup address;
- order contents, messages (including custom-size requests), and correspondence with us;
- account details if you register;
- technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, language, and currency;
- cookies needed for the cart, login, language, and security.
We do not store card numbers. Online payments, if offered, are handled by an authorised processor. We only receive confirmation that payment succeeded. For bank transfer we see only the details you or the bank send so we can match the payment to the order.
2. Why we use it
- Orders and production - to accept, print, and deliver (contract).
- Communication - confirmation, tracking, questions, and claims (contract or legitimate interest).
- Account - if you register, to run your profile (contract).
- Law - bookkeeping and duties to authorities (legal obligation).
- Service and security - so the cart works, to prevent abuse, and to improve the site (legitimate interest).
- News - only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
3. Who we share it with
We share data only when needed for the order or the law:
- carriers (for example Macedonian Post, DHL) - name, phone, address;
- payment processors or your bank - to take payment;
- hosting and technical services that run the site;
- authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your data and we do not give it to others for their marketing.
4. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for the cart, login, language (MK/EN), currency, and protection. If we use analytics or marketing cookies, that will be stated and, where required, you can choose in the browser or on the site. You can limit cookies in your browser; parts of the shop (such as the cart) may then stop working.
5. How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as needed for production, delivery, claims, and legal retention (bookkeeping). Account data - while the account is active and for a short time after. Messages - while needed for the reply and our records. We then delete or anonymise them.
6. Security
The site uses HTTPS. Access to orders is limited. No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of an incident that affects you, we will follow the law and notify you if required.
7. Your rights
Under Macedonia’s personal-data law you may ask to:
- see what data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete data we no longer need and are not required to keep;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent for newsletters;
- receive data you gave us in a portable form, where that is technically reasonable.

8. Children
The shop is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Other websites
The site may link to the portfolio site or social networks. Their privacy practices are their responsibility, not ours.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date is at the top. Orders already placed follow the policy in force at the time of the order, unless the law requires otherwise.
