These terms apply to the online store Online Shop - Stojan Stojanovski 2S (shop.stojanstojanovski.com), owned and operated by Stojan Stojanovski, Ohrid, Macedonia.
By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not order.
1. Products
We sell photographs printed to order - most often on canvas and photo print, plus related products shown in the shop. Each piece is made after we confirm the order.
Photos, mockups and prices are a guide. A display error can happen; we keep the right to correct it before production, and we will tell you.
2. Order and payment
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm the order (usually by email) and, where payment is required first, when we receive the payment.
Checkout shows the payment methods available at that moment - for example bank transfer and cash on delivery for orders in Macedonia. Cards and other online methods are used only if they are enabled when you order.
Prices are shown in the selected currency (MKD or EUR). A later price change does not apply to a confirmed order.
You can cancel, add to or correct an order only before production starts. After that, a change is possible only if we agree, because the print is already being made for you.
3. Printing, production and delivery
The production time starts after we confirm the order and, where it applies, after we receive payment. Guide times are on the Delivery page.
Printing is not done only at the gallery in Ohrid. Depending on where the order is going and on the requirements, the print is made with partners:
- Orders from abroad - if there are no extra requests, they are usually printed abroad, closer to the delivery address.
- Orders in Macedonia - they are printed locally. We work with three print partners in Macedonia, according to the material and the request.
The gallery in Ohrid is a sales point and a place to get in touch - it is not the only place where orders are printed or received.
We ship worldwide - Macedonia, Europe, the USA, Australia and other countries. Pickup is available when checkout offers it. For international parcels, customs and local charges are paid by the recipient.
If we are more than 5 business days late versus the agreed time, you may cancel the order and ask for a refund, if production is not finished yet or the parcel has not been handed to the carrier.
4. Replacement - only if the product is damaged
Prints are made to order. We do not offer returns or replacements because you changed your mind, or because you want another size, frame, material or crop.
We offer a replacement only if the product is damaged during production or delivery.
Please check the product when it arrives. Report visible damage within 48 hours at print@stojanstojanovski.com, with clear photos of the product and the packaging. A valid claim is resolved with a replacement or another fair solution, at no extra cost to you.
5. Colour, crop and look
We do not guarantee that colours on screen will match the print exactly. Every eye sees a little differently; the monitor, phone and room light also matter.
We aim for the print to be as close as possible to the photo on the site - and, where we can, even better than the on-screen preview.
A colour difference caused by the screen or lighting is not a defect. The crop may change with the chosen size and orientation. The print may include a small author logo, left or right, as noted on the product.
6. Copyright
All photographs and content on the site are protected. They belong to Stojan Stojanovski unless marked otherwise.
By buying you receive a physical print for personal use - you do not buy the copyright, the digital file, or the right to copy, resell or use it commercially. Scanning, photographing for reproduction or printing new copies without written permission is not allowed.
7. Liability
We work to keep the site and the information accurate. We are not liable for damage from a short outage, a carrier error, customs, or factors outside our control. Liability for a product is limited to the order price or a replacement of the damaged piece, unless the law requires more.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the day it is published on this page. Confirmed orders keep the terms that applied when you ordered.
9. Applicable law
These terms and disputes about the shop are governed by the law of the Republic of Macedonia. The competent court is in Ohrid, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
